Some suggested Optimum Server Settings to start with

Here is my list of some "Microsoft/Citrix" optimum settings for your Server. These are not absolutes and each system is different. Tuning on specific systems will still have to take place. This is just general settings to get you started.

CONTROL PANEL-NETWORK-SERVER-CONFIGURE

Originally it was thought that Maximum throughput for file sharing (the system default is installed to say minimize memory) was the best setting for CITRIX. After testing the thought has changed to make this setting maximum throughput for network applications

CONTROL PANEL-SYSTEM-VIRTUAL MEMORY

Set the paging file to at least 2.5 times the system memory. Make the initial size the maximum

CONTROL PANEL-SYSTEM-REGISTRY SIZE

This should be set to at least 4 times the current registry size to allow for growth. In WF/MF it is now common to set this setting to the maximum value of 102 megabyte.
