April 24, 2009 - very useful product by Alex , Product Rating: 5/5: Depending on what your needs are, this product saves a lot of time. I used to mess with MFCOM scripts and now just use the Introspect interface to create configuration reports. It's really easy. The usage reports are cool from a historical perspective, but don't do anything real time. We use EdgeSight for that. My manager likes the usage reports from Introspect because of the pretty charts. I just set it on their scheduler and my manager gets reports daily and monthly about farm usage. The concurrent usage reports are probably the most useful. Anyway, cool product.
